This study seeks to systematically investigate and address potential biases in Large Language Models related to race and gender, and to measure user interactions and perception of LLMs.

Working as a UX Researcher and Data Analyst, I contributed to study design, interview facilitation, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of participant responses — bringing a human-centred lens to a fundamentally technical question.
